The undersigned hereby makes application for a fencing, shrubbery or sign permit under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance of said City (Article 4, Section 401 and Section 402 as follows:

A detailed set of plans in duplicate accompanies this application, or in lieu thereof, I submit the following essential information accepted by the Administrative Officer as my written statement required under said Ordinance:

Undersigned agrees that if the fence, shrubbery and sign permit is granted to carry on the work as above described and in strict accordance with the said Zoning Ordinance. Undersigned will notify the City when work is completed.
