Location Permit Application

TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE:

The undersigned hereby makes application for a Location Permit under the terms of Ordinance No. 291, the Zoning Ordinance of said City as follows:

A detailed set of plans in duplicate accompanies this application, or in lieu thereof, I submit the following essential information accepted by the Administrative Officer as my written statement required under Section 22 of said Ordinance:

Undersigned agrees that if the Location Permit is granted, to carry on the work as above described and in strict accordance with the said Zoning Ordinance. Undersigned will notify the City when the work is completed for inspection.
